鯤鯓、喜樹、灣裡地區(俗稱鯤喜灣地區),因地處台南市邊緣與高雄市交界處,與一般所認知位於中西區、安平區等台南古蹟旅遊街區有明顯距離;同時因為黃金海岸地區荒廢20餘年的「黃金海岸船屋」蚊子館,造成鯤喜灣地區旅遊產業發展遲緩。因此,本計畫「歷史的角落--鯤喜灣關懷再出發」主要定位在探討鯤喜灣地區「高齡化」、「不山不市」、經濟資源缺乏等議題。透過本校師生進駐社區陪伴關懷,連結在地文史工作團體,以及社區廟宇、區公所等資源,進行社區總體營造,優化文化創意產業,促進青年人口回流,建立永續發展基石。

Kun-Xi-Wan area located at the border of Tainan and Kaohsiung which consisted of the 4th~6th Kunshen sandbank of the historical Tai-Jiang inner sea of ancient Tainan. As it is far away from the famous historical remains of Tainan, and the sea shore corrosion problems blocked the development of touring industries. The USR project, “The Revitalization of Kun-Xi-Wan Region, the Missing Corner of the Tai-Jiang History” is aimed at the revitalization of Kun-Xi-Wan area. The project linked the local humanity societies, district government, and religious parties for the integrated community development. The main strategies include the intergenerational learning enhancement for the history, learning for elders with cultural creative design, and touring business development. The objective is to attract young generations to come back, or stay, by establishing creative cultural industries for them to make their own living. Only by this way, the community can be leaded to sustainable development.
計畫簡介:
本計畫擴大結合本校跨領域團隊、喜樹國小、龍岡國小、南寧中學、吳郭魚藝文工作室、喜樹仔港文史工作室、灣裡商圈等在地團體,規劃四大主題:1)社會實踐團隊成長與整合,培植本校社會實踐團隊,以進行永續社會實踐;2)大手牽小手代間學習,以台江內海歷史連結鯤喜灣探源,陪伴中小學生重新認識在地歷史,產生在地認同;3)樂齡學習生活文創,透過文創設計提昇樂齡學習;4)旅行鯤喜灣--歷史接軌永續發展,進行喜樹故事館整建與營運,以本校文創設計、餐飲、音樂舞蹈藝術專長,引領社區營造新方向,帶動社區文史旅遊產業永續發展。

The main strategies of the project can be summarized as followed.1)The historical data were collected by the field investigation, and the collected materials were served as the e-book material for primary school students for the intergenerational learning enhancement with the local history2)The elders’ learning courses were integrated with art and the cultural design from the support of USR team members to build the basis of the cultural industries. So that the young generations will be motivated to move back or stay at the hometown because of the economic activities.3) The integrated community development is performed by the teachers and students of the department of art for the humanity touring business in this area. The purpose is to promote the cultural touring of the Tai-jiang inner sea to induce a positive circulation for the ecosystem of sustainable development.

欲解決問題:
在前期社區訪查及共識會議中,計畫團隊綜整鯤喜灣地區面臨的議題包含:1) 代間教育創新學習:高齡者的樂齡學習成果,是否有機會轉化為代間教育?進一步跟108新課綱的校定課綱結合,成為具有在地特色的教材?2) 樂齡學習進化提升:樂齡學習成為長者的文藝興趣,接下來如何讓樂齡學習可以更有「貢獻」、讓退休老人更有成就感?3) 地方樂活產業永續在地熱心人士都普遍認為「鯤喜灣」必須有產業發展才能帶動經濟需求,年輕人才有機會回流生根,在地產業是否能夠與樂齡文創有效結合?是否能找到可以將三大議題串連的解決方案?

As investigated and discussed with the local societies and public department, the project team summarized some issues need to be solved as:1)Creative intergenerational learningHow to link or integrate more closely for the intergenerational learning between the elders and the children? Is there any possibility for the elders to join the development of teaching plan and materials for local culture learning?2)Improvement for the learning of eldersThe contents for elders learning mostly covered by simple art, hand craft, and exercise. Could the elders learning become more creative for economic achievement to increase their satisfaction and contribution? 3)LOHAS living and sustainable developmentOnly the development of business can bring economical activities that will be helpful for young generations to stay. Does it exist the solution for all the three issues of intergenerational learning, elders learning, and sustainable touring business development?
解決方案:
本計畫對接鯤喜灣在地關懷與產業鏈結,規劃實踐主題如下:1)大手牽小手代間學習:計畫團隊將田野調查資料,轉化為電子書教材,結合在地小學師生與樂齡長者歷史記憶,進行在地特色教材規劃設計,落實「代間教育」功能,帶動中小學生在地認同。2)樂齡學習生活文創:激發樂齡學習的藝術創作,倡導黃金人口的藝術投入,嘗試研發設計文創商品,開發文化創意產業。3)旅行鯤喜灣--歷史接軌永續發展:重新勾勒鯤喜灣歷史文化地圖,以本校既有設計、餐飲、音樂舞蹈藝術專長,投入社區營造,帶動社區文史旅遊產業永續發展。

The solutions proposed to cope with the local business development include:1)The collected historical data were kept as the digital collections and the e-books for the culture and history of this area will be conducted by the primary school students to enhance the understanding of their hometown history through the process of editing an e-book.2) Resulted works in the learning course, integrated with art and the cultural design, will be improved as the commercial products. So that the art and cultural creative products can be integrated with the humanity trip of the ancient history and became a more complete touring business.3) The integrated community development with art is the next step to integrate the historical remains of the old houses to build the humanity environment filled with history, arts, and designs. The cultural touring of the Tai-jiang inner sea can be improved and a positive circulation for the sustainable ecosystem can be induced for the young generations to stay.
未來願景:
透過計畫團隊走入社區結合在地團體,將達成以下計畫願景:1)以社會服務與創新實踐課程,持續培植本校社會實踐團隊,進行永續社會實踐。2)以台江內海歷史連結鯤喜灣探源,重新帶動中小學生認識在地歷史,產生在地認同。3)本校以特有的藝術、設計文創特色,進行手美術及工藝課程學習,倡導黃金人口持續投入參與文創商品開發。4)以本校既有文創設計、餐飲、音樂舞蹈藝術等專長,培育在地人才,從樂齡學習的黃金人口,進一步拓展帶動在地年輕人,投入社區文創旅遊產業,讓鯤喜灣從台江內海歷史角落,重新走出在地特色旅遊。

"The objective of this project is mainly to attract young generations to come back, or stay at their hometown. The visions expected can be summarized as:. 1) USR team for TUT is organized and integrated to encourage, both the students and teachers, the participation to USR related works. 2) The understanding of their hometown history through the process of collecting the and editing the historical data into e-book through Intergenerational learning enhancement. 3) Learning for elders with art and cultural creative design can build the basis for cultural business so that the young generations will be motivated to move back or stay at the hometown because of the economic activities. 4) The humanity environment filled with history, arts, and designs, is built so that the cultural touring of the Tai-jiang inner sea can be improved and the motivation for the young generations will also be increased to create the sustainable ecosystem of the community."
